Good option for a stopover

The check-in process was surprisingly smooth, even when I arrived after midnight. The receptionist was quite accommodating, which was a pleasant surprise in such a situation.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but still within reason.

poor air conditioning

this hotel truly surprised me, but not in a good way. the air conditioning was worse than sleeping in a sauna, and the staff's helpfulness must've been lost in translation. i thought a complimentary upgrade was standard these days, but apparently not. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t let it slide.
